He Genuinely Cares About Our Guests

It is our pleasure to recognize Jason Madell for his Manager of the Quarter award, for the third quarter of 2015. Jason has worked at Heidel House Resort & Spa since August of 2001.
As the front office manager, Jason and his team are often the first impression guests have upon entering the resort doors. This is a responsibility that Jason does not take lightly.
Anna Koplin, assistant general manager, who nominated Madell, said, “Jason is such a great asset to the resort. He leads the front office and always has a great attitude and cheerfulness about him. Jason genuinely cares about our guests and we have many return customers due to Jason treating them like family. For this reason, Jason has been one of the front runners each month in our comment card contest for positively impacting our guests.”
She continued, “Jason truly cares about the resort and only wishes for it to succeed. He helps out in any department when needed and handles so many things with a smile on his face.”
We are truly thankful and wish to congratulate Jason on a job well done. Heidel House is very fortunate to have such a loyal and dedicated manager. He is now eligible for Manager of the Year.
