Great Leader: People Pleasing People

Heidel House Resort & Spa would like to recognize Shanalee Morrison on her People Pleaser award for May 2018. Shanalee was recently promoted to Guest Service Supervisor and has been with the company since September 2017.

Jason Madell, Guest Service Director, had the following to say about Shanalee: “Shanalee was promoted to supervisor and ran the front office with limited training while her manager was out of town. She took control and applied great leadership at the desk with guests and staff. She did as asked very well with no hesitation. She has grown so much in the last month at becoming a great leader for the desk.”

Lindsay Stone, Event Manager, and Sarah Behm, Housekeeping Director, also spoke to Shanalee’s ability to handle any situation. “While Jason was gone Shanalee was able to handle any situation with ease and if she had any questions she was willing to get the correct answer to better service our guests. She is able to keep herself calm and collected during stressful situations. Shanalee has shown tremendous growth in the last month. Since her promotion, we have seen her easily transition into her new role and take it on with confidence and professionalism. She has the attributes to continue to grow in her role here.”

We want to congratulate Shanalee on a job well done. She is now eligible for the People Pleaser of the Year award.
