We invite you to come try our new Wisconsin to Table dish, a mustard and herb-crusted trout with lemon remoulade, that features rainbow trout from Rushing Waters Fisheries in Palmyra, WI.

With a pristine setting in the Kettle Moraine State Forest, Rushing Waters has been Wisconsin’s aquaculture leader for farm raised Rainbow Trout since the 1940’s. Sitting on 80 acres of wonderful forests and valleys, 56 ponds are fed with crystal-clear spring water. The deep underground springs maintain a very cold water temperature that is ideal for producing healthy rainbow trout year round.

The mustard and herb-crusted trout with lemon remoulade is only available until October 27, 2018.

Grey Rock is open for dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. The piano bar opens at 4:30 p.m. and features live entertainment every Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. Be sure to check out our Grey Rock #HappyHour every Thursday and Friday from 4:30 – 6:30 PM that features a specialty charity drink by Bernie the Bartender.
