The month of March is all about beer here at Heidel House. With our annual Brew Fest celebration coming up on March 24, and our Evensong Spa running beer related spa specials all month, we had to keep the beer theme going with our flagship restaurant, Grey Rock.

For March, our Wisconsin to Table dish will be featuring beer from local Knuth Brewing Company in our beer battered shrimp.

Knuth Brewing Company was started by David Knuth, who is the head brewer and founder of Knuth Brewing Company, along with his wife Marie. Their passion started with the gift of a home brewing kit and has quickly transformed into so much more. Knuth’s focus has always been on creating beer made with the highest quality ingredients, usually only water, barley, hops, and yeast, that all different kinds of people can enjoy drinking.

Knuth Brewing Company beer will be used to make the batter for our beer battered shrimp which will be served with an orange rum sweet chili sauce, rice pilaf and vegetables. This special is available through March 31. 2018.

Grey Rock  is open for dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. The piano bar opens at 4:30 p.m. and features live entertainment every Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. Be sure to check out our Grey Rock #HappyHour every Thursday and Friday from 4:30 – 6:30 PM that features a specialty charity drink by Bernie the Bartender. A portion of the proceeds from this month’s charity drink will go to the local Boys & Girls Club. Make your reservations online  or call 920.294.3344.
