Shelley Smith, a licensed Esthetician at Evensong Spa, was named People Pleaser of the Month for November 2014. She has been with us since July 2006.

“Shelley has worked hard to update our nail and body services for the new spa menu,” said spa director Druellen Kosti.

Kosti continues to speak highly of Shelley, explaining her significant role in developing new services. “She was given the task to streamline and save money while adding value and luxury to our nail and body service protocols,” said Kosti. “Shelley came through with her usual awesome new service ideas.”

In addition to developing these new services, Shelley taught the rest of the Evensong team how these services would be carried out. “With the new services came training and communication of all the changes to the spa team,” said Kosti. “Shelley worked tirelessly training not only existing staff but two new service providers who had no formal training on body services.”

Shelley also plays a role in helping out where help is needed. “She continues to help out at the front desk during busy times, has covered gift shop hours and has come in early or stayed late to help catch up laundry after busy days,” said Kosti. “Shelley is a much appreciated and valued member of our spa team.”
