Heidel House Resort & Spa would like to recognize LaDean Pollesch on her People Pleaser of the Month award for June 2015.
“LaDean has the ability to connect with our guests and make them feel at home. It comes second nature to her,” said spa director Druellen Kosti, who nominated Pollesch.
Kosti goes on to describe Pollesch’s commitment to customer service and leadership.
“Whether at the Pump House or the gift shop, she is always engaging our guests and assisting them with questions or just making friendly conversation. LaDean is dependable and is always looking for things to do to stay productive. She has taken on additional responsibilities in the Pump House with training new associates, assisting with ordering and helping with scheduling. LaDean also assists with gift shop inventories and keeps track of what needs to be re-ordered and any guest requests for items.”
Lastly, Kosti sums up Pollesch’s qualities that make her a valuable asset to the Heidel House team. “She is one of the hardest working associates and her integrity and enthusiasm are qualities that are hard to find.”
Heidel House Resort & Spa congratulates LaDean on a job well done. She is now eligible for the People Pleaser of the Year award.
