Jacob Is The Ultimate Team Player: People Pleasing People

We would like to recognize Jacob Smith on his People Pleaser of the Month award for July 2016. Jacob has worked in the housekeeping department at Heidel House Resort & Spa since March 2015.

“Jacob is always willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed,” said revenue manager Sarah Behm. “Whether he is helping get rooms and halls cleaned early in the day or staying late and bartending, he is always someone we can count on to step up when help is needed. Jacob works long, busy hours but always maintains a positive attitude,” said Behm.

“Jacob is everyone’s go-to guy,” said food and beverage director Terri Boehm. “He helps train new members in housekeeping and lends a hand bartending and serving in the banquets department. He is self-motivated and the ultimate team player.”

We congratulate Jacob on a job well done and are very fortunate to have such a dedicated individual. He is now eligible for the People Pleaser of the Year award.
