He Goes Out of His Way: People Pleasing People

Heidel House Resort & Spa would like to recognize Morgan Welk on his People Pleaser of the Quarter award for first quarter 2017. Morgan has worked as an engineer at Heidel House Resort & Spa since 2016.

“Morgan has taken the spa under his wing and learned the complexities of the facility that make it unique, yet challenging. He takes full responsibility in ensuring items get repaired in a timely manner had has looked for, and found ways to keep things running smoother. He works well with our team and listens to what they need fixed or repaired, and goes out of his way to ensure their items are repaired as well,” said Druellen Kosti, spa director.

Dru continued, “Morgan is extremely professional and cordial to all associates and our guests. He is willing to learn how to manage the facility and volunteered to take the Certified Pool Operator class and become certified to take better care of our whirlpools. If he does not know how to repair something, he seeks out the solution to do so. A lot of the time spent his own personal time researching.”

Heidel House Resort & Spa congratulates Morgan on a job well done. He is now eligible for the People Pleaser of the Year award.
