Their founder and master pasta maker, Robert Peterson is all about creating the freshest, finest pasta they can to show their love of old world culinary traditions and their love of food. Their goal is to share that with everyone, while still being gluten free.
Try the spinach feta ravioli in this month’s Farm to Table dish, featuring the ravioli with a roasted red pepper sauce, fresh greek relish, and oregano chicken . This dish is available through February 28, 2017.
