This 4th generation family farm currently owned by Tracy & Richard Vinz is USDA Certified Organic & Certified Naturally, meaning it is 100% chemical free. Currently growing a plethora of different veggies with over 75 different varieties, they strive to offer many options during the entire growing season.

Besides variety Olden strives to offer the freshest and most flavorful produce possible. This is achieved by harvesting at the optimal times, proper storage techniques, and a distribution site in every community they offer their produce to.

In addition to being featured this month, guests can buy Olden Produce through their CSA program, farmers’ markets, or roadside stands. Be sure to visit Olden at the Green Lake Farmers Market on Friday or their roadside stand off Olden Road in Ripon.

If you are not from the local area feel free to check their website as they also frequent farmers’ markets in Appleton, Oshkosh, & Chicago.

You can try Olden Produce in Grey Rock’s latest Farm to Table special. Enjoy lime marinated shrimp with roasted poblano cream sauce, charred corn salsa, & mexican rice. The special is available through September 30, 2017.
