Always Willing to Help: People Pleasing People

Heidel House Resort & Spa would like to recognize Heather Yunto on her People Pleaser of the Quarter award for fourth quarter 2016. Heather has worked as a cosmetologist at Heidel House Resort & Spa since June 2014.

Heather receives her People Pleaser of the Quarter Award from Kevin Karau, Heidel House general manager and spa director, Druellen Kosti.

“Heather continues to be a leader in assisting with keeping the salon portion of the spa running smoothly by assisting with ordering and counting inventories. She has great communication and assists regularly with front desk when we are busy and need additional help,” said Druellen Kosti, spa director.

“She goes above and beyond assisting with laundry and cleaning the spa areas. She is always willing to adjust her schedule and fit guests in as needed. She has done a terrific job in building her salon clientele and has worked hard to promote other services as well,” Kosti continued.

Heidel House Resort & Spa congratulates Heather on a job well done and we are grateful to have such a hard working individual. She is now eligible for the People Pleaser of the Year award.
